This is for the owner that just wants a little extra oomph for their property. Maybe you already have the killer layout and main pieces of furniture that work, you just need someone to show you how to bring it all together. This package focuses on creating a personality for your property through additional furnishings, art and specific decor pieces to make renters fall in love with your place.
A consultation (Clover Class) is included with all packages purchased. $300 is the initial fee for each package and this covers the consultation. Thereafter, prices are based on property size and level of finishings appropriate for the property. The $300 will be applied to the final package price.

Golden Vacay
If your property needs a complete overhaul this is your o Gold. When people go on vacation they want it to be more luxurious than their everyday life at home. Golden Vacay takes your vacant property and provides everything you need to completely hit it out of the park for your guests. With brand new furniture, decor and plush ammenities this package gives the biggest return on your rental income and guarantees your guests will be coming back year after year.
